2024 WFMTO Cancellation Policy

Official Fan Travel Packages (which include hotel, game tickets and parking):
Official Fan Travel Package (which include hotel, game tickets and parking) cancellations received after the time of booking, but before August 15, 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a 3.0% processing fee.  Cancellations received from August 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024 will receive a 50% refund.  All cancellations received on or after November 1, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.  Any requests for changes to your package after booking will be subject to availability and may include pricing differences.  No changes may be made to your package after October 31, 2024.  In the event that the 2024 Women’s Fort Myers Tip-Off is canceled for any reason, Official Fan Travel Package purchases will be refunded in full.
