The 2026 Elevance Health Women’s Fort Myers Tip-Off Island Division features NC State, Kansas State, LSU, and Villanova. Games will take place on Friday, November 27 and Saturday, November 28. NC State will face Kansas State and LSU over those two days. The order and times of those games will be announced at a later date.
